1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Once your order is prepared, it is handed to our shipping partners and placed on its journey to you.

You will receive a tracking number when your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Times

Because we work with global suppliers, delivery times may vary:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

  • International Orders: 10–25 business days

Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or courier operations — these are beyond our control, but we will always stand with you through the wait.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees (if any) are shown at checkout before payment.
Some items may qualify for free shipping, which will be clearly displayed.


4. Tracking Orders

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.
Tracking updates may take 3–5 days to appear after dispatch.


5. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
We are not responsible for:

  • Packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Failed deliveries due to missing or wrong address information


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within 30 days, please contact us.
We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund if necessary.


7. Customs & Duties

Some countries may charge customs or import fees.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
